All of our cakes are made with cage free eggs and have no high fructose corn syrup. They are hand poured in our commercial kitchen in Portland, ME and we believe we have the best cheesecake available anywhere. Our Gluten Free cheesecakes are made with a Shortbread Cookie Crust that we make from scratch and the regular cheesecakes use a Graham Cracker Crust with the exception of the Turtle, Triple Chocolate and Marble which use a handmade Chocolate Cookie Crust that we also make from scratch.
